Driver Requirements & Pay Details
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience (HAZMAT, dry van).
- Clean driving record — a few minor violations are acceptable.
- No forced dispatch — you choose the loads that fit your schedule and preferences.
- Willingness to stay 2–3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week off.
Compensation Options
We offer two competitive pay structures — choose what works best for you:
Option 1: Pay Per Mile
- $0.70 CPM, paid zip code to zip code, both loaded and empty miles.
- $0.75 CPM for HAZMAT.
